Question #1Do I have to pay in advance for my pre-arrangements?
Answer:Not with us. Your loyalty is as good as it always was. Pre-arranging your funeral doesn’t mean you have to prepay for it. Not everyone can afford to prepay, but everyone needs to take the time to put their wishes in writing. It is more important to us to have your wishes here on file than it is to prepay for the service itself. Taking the time to let us know your personal wishes will take all the stress of making decisions off of your family at the most difficult time of their lives.

Payment is only required if you wish to have current prices frozen so that you don’t have to pay additional charges at the time of death. However, cash disbursements are always subject to inflation.

Question #2Should I cash in my insurance policies in order to pay for my pre-need funeral arrangements?
Answer:Absolutely not! There is no reason to cash in a life insurance policy in order to prepay funeral expenses. Call us for details at 433-1176.

Question #3Is it possible to have my funeral be the way I want it?
Answer:Pre-arranging your funeral with us means in addition to relieving others of what might be difficult decisions, you can make decisions based on your own preferences and save money as well. Call us at 433-1176 for more information.

Question #4I don't want a traditional funeral. Is this possible?
Answer:Certainly, funerals provide the opportunity to reflect on the meaning of a life that has been lived and memories of the person who lived it. There is no single "proper" funeral service. Call us for up-to-date information and options.

Question #5Would I save money purchasing a casket, vault, or other funeral merchandise from a store?
Answer:As with everything you buy, it is wise to shop around. Our prices have been found to be below so called "bargain prices".

Question #6We do a lot of traveling. What should we do if death occurs away from home?
Answer:No matter where you are, what time it is, or whether you've made pre-arrangements with us or not, all you have to do is call us at 433-1176. We have 112 years of experience dealing with deaths that occur anywhere in the world. So take flight, enjoy and don't worry!

Question #7I received a call to pre-arrange my funeral. What should I do?
Answer:As with any call, use caution. You should choose your funeral home based on reputation, quality of service and price, not on the pressure of a persistent sales person.

Question #8What if I sign a pre-arranged agreement, can I cancel or move it to another funeral home?
Answer:Absolutely, if you feel you made a mistake and want to cancel, move or change you pre-arrangement, Call us at 433-1176 for more information.
